Vivid Resourcing’s new office in Spinningfields is a true reflection of the company’s dynamic and youthful culture. By consolidating their two Manchester offices into a larger, vibrant 12,207 sq. ft. space, they created a workplace that fosters collaboration, boosts employee motivation, and attracts top talent. The design successfully combines the need for functionality with a modern aesthetic, aligning with Vivid’s “work hard, play harder” culture.
The office layout is both practical and engaging, with open-plan workspaces, training areas, and social zones all designed to enhance productivity and teamwork. The inclusion of recreational spaces and areas for socialising reflects the company’s commitment to work-life balance and creating an inspiring environment for their 190 employees.
One of the standout features of the new office is the lighting, provided by LDL. The lighting showcases our Amelia system; a solution which is aesthetic, technically equipped and offers flexibility. The lighting design – featuring curved details, linear lengths, and a rounded hexagon above a collaborative meeting area, creates a visually stimulating and innovative environment.
