The Riley range of LED floodlights is expertly designed and manufactured to meet the highest standards, making them ideal for both commercial and industrial applications. Their robust construction features a die-cast aluminium housing with integrated cooling fins, ensuring effective heat dissipation for long-term performance. The floodlights are equipped with a 4mm thick tempered glass, providing added durability and protection.
The standard powder coating process includes a metal surface pre-treatment followed by a single layer of UV-stabilised, corrosion-resistant, and salt-resistant polyester powder coating. For even more demanding environments, an optional Class II fixture with protection up to 10KV is available, compliant with UNI EN ISO 9227 corrosion tests in aggressive atmospheres.
The floodlights are fitted with high-performance PMMA optics, known for their exceptional resistance to both temperature and UV radiation. Powered by the latest generation of LED technology, the Riley range offers a remarkable lifespan of up to 100,000 hours (L90B10) with an ambient temperature range of Ta-30 to +40°C. Additionally, the floodlights are classified as exempt from photobiological risks according to EN62471, ensuring safety for users and bystanders.
